Zoe KlingmannData Analyst, Los Angeles

Zoe Klingmann is a Data Analyst at CPL’s UCLA site. She works on projects related to homelessness and mental health.
A long-time lover of data and research, Zoe was motivated to jump into the policy world by the homelessness and housing affordability crisis in Portland, Oregon. She worked for four years in the Oregon State Legislature, where she was staff lead on the development of a historic $400 million budget package of housing and homelessness investments. As an analyst, she enjoys helping governments and organizations use data to make better decisions. She has previously conducted research for the Othering & Belonging Institute, California Common Cause, and the City of Berkeley.
Zoe holds a Master’s in Public Policy from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School and a Bachelor’s from Lewis & Clark College. In her free time, she does the NYT crossword puzzle and spends quality time with her cat Mork.
